SSO set up process

We do not charge extra for SSO. But Single Sign On is only available for our managed clients.

SSO set up is a manual job that requires some effort from both parties. Ensure you understand what is required before letting us know you want to go ahead with SSO integration.

Upon the SSO integration request, the Glean.ly team will provide to the organization the necessary data to start the integration on the Identity Provider. This data will be a SAML2 metadata file or another format.

We need from you:

Identity Provider Entity ID
Identity Provider Single Sign On URL
Identity Provider Public certificate

We will provide to you:

Service Provider Entity ID
Service Provider Single Sign On URL
Service Provider Public certificate
Service Provider Name ID Format
Organisation Token Value and Instructions
